Automotive Parts Supervisor
Cambridge
Salary circa £26,000 – £26,400 + OTE £25,000+
Monday-Friday 8.30-6 + Saturdays 9 – 1pm
Our Automotive Client, a prestige main dealer in Cambridge is looking to employ an experienced Parts Supervisor to join their busy Aftersales team.
As part of our clients aftersales team you will be responsible for:
Day to day running of the parts department
Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment
Checking in parts deliveries
Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customer
Proving quotations
Advising the customer on any repair issues and costs, gaining authority for any additional work
Promoting additional products, accessories and warranties
Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have recent experience within a Parts Advisor or Supervisor role.
