Recruitment Consultant – Perms Division

Salary: £26,400 – £33,600 pa plus uncapped commission

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm (4pm finish on a Friday)

Location: Three Bridges

We are currently looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as a Recruitment Consultant on our growing Perms Division. We do not require previous recruitment experience, just ambition, a desire to succeed, a natural people person and a team player.

What does a Recruitment Consultant do?

The role of a recruitment consultant is demanding and varied but satisfying and rewarding!

Your daily duties will consist of: –

* Targeting prospective clients to secure business via the telephone, face to face and email

* Arranging and attending client meetings

* Working to income and sales targets

* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients

* Shortlisting suitable candidates for jobs

What skills / experience will you need to succeed in the role?

* Previous experience within a sales or customer focussed role

* Self-motivated, proactive and resilient

* Target driven

* Ability to take ownership of your role and the required tasks

* A natural people person who builds relationships easily

* The ability to work in a fast paced, demanding (but fun) environment
