Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

We’ve all changed how we look at working since lock down, people want more control over their time, more time outside work to book a doctor’s appointment or a dental appointment, and they want to be able to pick their kids up from school or at least eat dinner with them in the evening.

That why at FRONTrunner, in 2022 we are trialling our new core hours for new employees – consultant’s office hours are from 9am till 3pm Monday to Friday. The office will still be open 8.30am till 5pm but we are hoping that people will utilise their time and ultimately will be more productive. Who out there can say they are 100% hard working for every minute of the ‘9 to 5’? Work finishes, go home and switch off, we want people that can work smart with their time, not someone who works 15 hours a day.

We will also be trialling our FRONTrunner Unlimited Holiday Package – after your 6 month probation you will have the ability to take any amount of holiday you wish. As long as you can still perform your day to day functions and company productivity isn’t disrupted.

FRONTrunner are looking for like minded permanent consultants to work on our engineering desk, covering companies in heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, white goods, mechanical and electrical services.

Salary / Benefits

* 20-25k basic salary to start depending on your experience, 5k pay rise once you hit your first 12k monthly target

* Monthly commission from 20-30%

To be successful in this role you need:-

* At least 6 months recruitment experience within HVAC or M&E or a related sector on a perms desk

* Experience getting new clients as well as the candidate side of things

* Experience working towards and surpassing recruitment and revenue targets

* A drive to progress and earn good commission

* You need to be fearless, resilient, and driven in both your work and personal life
