TalentWorx is a niche technology recruiter based in Silsoe near Luton & Bedford, seeking to further develop our brand and targeting growth in sectors such as Electronics, Renewables, Videogames, Construction, Oil & Gas and Engineering. We are also part of the Automated Technology Group which is a £35m control systems and robotics integrator where we act as the internal recruitment service.

Base salaries are negotiable depending on experience. We also offer ZERO THRESHOLD commission as well as 25 days holiday, pension, BUPA and flexible working arrangements including early finishes on Fridays.

We are based at MK45 4HS which is commutable from Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, Hitchin, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead, Harpenden and St Albans.
