Sales Advisor – Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a blue chip company in Loughborough, where they are looking to recruit a number of Sales Advisor’s to work on a full time basis. This company are looking for people to start on Monday 01st August. They are also situated in walking distance from the train station.

Hours of work (40 hours per week)
8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am to 8pm
1 in 4 weekend work – day off during the week should you work a weekend.

Salary and Benefits
Wage: £26,000 per year PLUS bonuses (realistic OTE £26,000 per year)

As a Sales Advisor, you will be making outbound calls to existing customers who’s phone contracts are up for renewal. You will also contact new customers whom have already expressed interest in the company’s products/services.

Key responsibilities in this role include;
• Make outbound calls from leads that have been passed to you
• Convert leads into sales
• Take ownership of a customer situation, following it through to a satisfactory conclusion
• Accurately update customer accounts

The ideal applicant will have experience of working in a Sales/Customer service orientated role, along with experience of working within a contact centre environment.
