Job Title: Social worker in the Looked After Children Team

This authority is on improvement journey currently consists of a Team Manager 2 Assistant Team Managers who are experienced and have been deemed ‘effective management’ and support staff are extremely helpful for social workers.

Within this team caseloads are capped at 22, this team make sure caseloads do not flood over – giving social workers manageable workloads.

This team have launched a project called special guardian team – discharging settled children.

Rate:£36 – £42 p/h Depending on experience.
