We are working with an education provider in the Derbyshire area who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join their team.

The position is a permanent full-time role, comprising of 39 hours per week, and will involve delivering classroom-based training on Mechanical Engineering courses at the education provider’s centre in Derbyshire. Modules taught would include things such as Mechanical Principles, Engineering Maths & Science, Mechanical Maintenance Theory, Health & Safety, Materials, Engineering Management and CAD, although some of these areas will be able to be covered by other teachers if they are outside your skill set.

The starting salary for this position is between £33,600 and £41,400 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), which would also include a pension, free parking, child care vouchers, health cover, and 29 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays)

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:

-A relevant level 3 Engineering qualification
-Good knowledge of Mechanical Principles/Engineering Maths
