Senior Quant Developer – Investment Banking – London – £120,000k-£140,000k + Excellent benefits, Bonus + Remote working
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading Investment Bank in the City of London for a Senior Quant Developer to be responsible for developing and operating a wide range of programs for live trading as well as developing the trading infrastructures.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Analyse and develop new model and pricing frameworks by supporting the line of business
• Partnering with traders to optimise the firms pricing, risk positions and infrastructure.
• Improve and maintain existing analytics
• Work with large data to create models.
• Identify potential areas for enhancements and improvement of overall code quality
• Design implement and verify math software.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Experience in a comparable quantitative modelling or analytics role
• A strong background in computer science particularly in either C++ or Java
• Knowledge of financial market products, market conventions and regulatory requirements
• Previously worked with traders and building pricing models to support fixed income trading
Desirable:
• MSc./PhD in Mathematics/ Physics or engineering with strong mathematical background
• A Foreign Exchange (FX) domain knowledge of expertise is highly desirable
Package:
•£720 – £780 basic salary
