About the role

As a Senior E-Learning Developer with Capita, you will design and build engaging, interactive and innovative online and blended learning programmes using relevant media and technology. You will also mentor and coach colleagues in digital content development.

Key responsibilities:

Produce and deploy effective, quality checked and user tested bespoke e-learning courses
*

Create, implement and maintain a framework for the build of e-learning at Capita Employee Benefits.
*

Lead the consultation and build of online education resources for external clients
*

Lead the development of social and collaborative learning

Key tasks:

*

Design and build rapid and bespoke e-learning course for internal and external audiences.
*

Where appropriate, manage external suppliers during the e-learning creation process.
*

Work with various partners to produce innovative and engaging videos.
*

Drive the use of digital learning within Capita Employee Benefits, identify and implement activities to increase staff engagement with this method of learning.
*

Coach and mentor other members of the Performance Development team in digital learning design and development techniques
*

Work with the e-learning developer and Learning Technologist to identify and implement methods of improving the learning experience using learning technologies.
*

Define how the RAM process for evaluation applies to each learning activity and implement it where necessary
