Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year
Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing are delighted to be working alongside an automotive component manufacturer based in West Yorkshire to recruit a Quality & HSE Manager.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Manager who is a passionate leader and will manage a multi-disciplined Quality & HSE team.

As the Quality & HSE Manager your duties and responsibilities could include:
* Develop and implement best practices that emphasise defect prevention, reduction in cost and waste reduction.
* Lead the safety culture within the QA team
* Liaise with other departments to resolve quality problems.
* People leadership including strong communication with other departmental teams, customers and suppliers
We are keen to speak to Quality Managers who possess the following:
* Ideally degree Qualified
* Experienced Quality Manager, QHSE Manager, Senior Quality Engineer, or Quality Engineer with management experience.
* Experience gained in an automotive manufacturing environment
* Hands on knowledge of IATF16949
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
