Machine Operator
Know How Resourcing are looking to recruit machine operators for our Client based in Barnoldswick BB18 area, a well-established bed spring manufacturer supplying quality mattress manufacturers.
Our Client is based in Barnoldswick (BB18) and accessible via Train or Bus so it’s ideally placed for those living in the surrounding areas
These are exciting opportunities for Machine Operatives to start new career with our Client. These are perm roles so successful candidates will be directly employed with our Client.
The position involves:
- Producing spring units to customer specifications
- Adjusting machinery to produce different sized units.
- Carrying out / Reporting quality checks.
- Repair minor machine faults.
- Communicate issues promptly.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Mechanical aptitude / Previous machine operating experience.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new processes.
- Good standard of English & Maths.
- An eye for quality and detail.
Pay Rates & Benefits
- The pay rate is £15.43per hour – 39 Hours / Week
- 22 days Holiday plus Statutory Holidays.

Shift
Fixed Night Shift – Sunday to Thursday.
· Sunday 11:00pm – 06:00am
· Monday – Thursday 10:00pm – 06:00am
