CNC Machine Operator

Our client is a manufacturing company situated in Hastings, who specialise in the production of high precision machine components. They have the latest CNC Turning and Milling machines which are used along with a dedicated quality team to ensure each part is built to the highest possible standard. Our client is currently looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join their forever growing team.

The ideal CNC Machine Operator will need to have previous engineering experience and be able to work machines to highly complex technical drawings.

Your duties as a CNC Machine Operator would be:

* Assembly work.
* Operating heavy machinery.
* Trimming parts
* Quality testing with various tools.
* Use of Vernier Callipers & other engineering tools.
* Maintaining a tidy work space to a high level.

The Ideal CNC Machine Operator will possess the following skills and qualities:

* Excellent eye for detail.
* Previous experience operating machinery.
* Previous experience with engineering tools (Vernier Callipers).
* Ability to read and understand detailed technical drawings.
* Awareness of health and safety in an engineering work place.
* Experience with CNC machines.

Salary:

£26,000 per year

Salary will be based on previous on experience.

Hours:

Full time 8am – 5pm

ASAP
