Candidate Resourcer

Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

CERT Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee / Graduate Candidate Resourcer to join their team based in the Stourbridge area. This role offers great training and career progression for someone who would like to get into the Business / Recruitment industry with attractive salaries. CERT Solutions is a small family run business who support schools across the West Midlands with their recruitment from Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SLT and other support staff.
CERT Solutions are looking for likeminded individuals who have excellent communication skills, efficient at their job, reliable and trustworthy. This opening is a great way for someone who would like to eventually develop into a Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager who doesn’t have the experience.
Responsibilities:
* Recruiting teachers, teaching assistants and other support staff within schools
* Writing and posting job adverts on job boards and social media
* Able to identify a ‘good’ and ‘suited’ candidate
* CV searching
* Matching candidates up to the right role
* Screening candidates
* Interviewing and registering candidates
* Supporting consultants filling roles
* Admin & supporting compliance
