Registered Manager 5-17 Years

Salary: £44,400 per year

My client is looking for a Home Manager to be responsible for the direct management of Children and Young Adults between the ages of 5-17 years of age in Kettering.

Ideally you will have 18 months experience in residential care of Children within the last 5 years.

With 1 year at least supervising and management of staff in a care role.

The salary on offer is £44,400per year over 7 days totalling a 40 hour week.

Duties will include some direct and indirect care of children who have learning disabilities.

To assess and evaluate suitability of new referrals to the service.

To take responsibility in ensuring the running of the home to it’s highest possible standard.

Hold operational responsibility for ensuring all relevant polices, procedures and good practice agreements are in place to meet the children’s regulations and quality standard.

Manage and report a delegated budget.

Develop and implement quality assurance systems.

Work in line with current government legistration.

Act as a role model to ensure the welfare and create safe clean and secure environment for the children and younger people.

To work in a variety of settings if needed in order to support the needs of the company.
