Salary: £23.74 – £33.34 per hour
Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Registered Older Persons Support Community Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse (RMN/CPN/RNLD) Band 5-6 to join the Community Older Persons Behaviour and Communication Support Community Mental Health Team based out of Hammersmith and Fulham in Bedfordshire. The role is ideally working full time hours Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The post holder will have experience in assessing and care- planning for people exhibiting mental health conditions, preferably within an older age setting. The applicant will also need to demonstrate good clinical knowledge and mental health assessment skills, risk assessment formulation and demonstrate sound knowledge of Older Adult Mental Health. The successful applicant will need to be flexible, energetic, have a positive attitude and demonstrate your ability to work autonomously. This role also requires excellent communication skills, a creative approach to overcoming problems and be committed to multi- disciplinary team working and building partnerships with the many voluntary, statutory and independent agencies we liaise with.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £23.74 – £33.34per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
