Office Based – Brighton (with flexibility of working and travelling to other offices in Lewes and Hastings)
Permanent Contract
Full-Time – 37hours, 5 days per week between Monday to Friday.
Salary £42,000per annum + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Manager to manage their current South Coast IMCA team on a full time permanent basis. The role is based on the attached job description and salary offered will be dependent on the level of skills and experience that closely match the role.

You will be supporting staff who work with a wide range of vulnerable people with sometimes profound and multiple needs, so ideally you will have experience of this type of work, along with a good working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and at management level. The ideal candidate will have worked in advocacy, Information and advice or similar role before, preferably in a health, social care or voluntary setting and will have experience of working with vulnerable adults.

You will need to have a flexible attitude and must be comfortable handling highly sensitive information, and in seeking support and supervision. Strong communication skills and time management skills will be required. You will need to be computer literate, have your own car and be able to travel independent of public transport.
