£31,000pa (OTE £35,000pa) plus pension

Sales and Marketing Manager required for a growing Care at Home provision in West London. Due to ongoing development and further growth targets our client is recruiting an experienced sales professional to develop and implement marketing strategies and provide expert sales and marketing support to staff to improve their market share of the private domiciliary care services across the area.

To apply for this new and exciting position you must have/be:

At least 2yrs marketing and/or sales experience with a relevant qualification
Proven track record of increasing profile and sales, ideally within the domiciliary care sector
Excellent IT and digital communication skills
Ability to think strategically and function operationally
Passionate about improving the lives of people living in the local community, particularly those of older people
Experience of working within a charity, the not for profit sector or a social enterprise would be desirable
