An award winning client based in Brighton is seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing professional to join the team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and characteristics on a consistent basis:

• Lead generation
• Proven track record in generating increasing revenue growth
• Cold call and build relationships with senior executives at targeted companies through effective sales conversations and presentations primarily via the telephone and Web technology
• Ability to effectively and strategically prioritise time
• Ability to contribute to individual marketing and communication campaigns
• Full sales cycle experience

Essential Qualifications & Professional Skills

• Ability to create and execute marketing and sales strategies
• Highly effective communication skills: written, oral, group presentations
• Ability to inspire confidence and credibility over the phone
• Ability to work as a collaborative team member in support of and conjunction with formal and informal team members
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-paced environment, learn quickly and adapt effectively to change
• CRM experience required, Pipeline Deals experience preferred.

The role will encompass everything from:
• Event Management
• B2B Sales
• Marketing
• Supporting the Technical Sales Manager
• We want to bring our social media in house and they will be responsible for presenting a unified and coherent voice therein, develop marketing strategies, and compile competitor analysis, manager tender searches.
