Cubed Resourcing are proud to be working in partnership with two leading high tech engineering biased manufacturers situated between Leeds and Bradford – within easy access from south Bradford and South Leeds/Birstall areas.

YOU:

In addition to having a solid work history and be in a position to provide references, you will need to demonstrate a basic aptitude for building mechanical assemblies working from drawings. 

A commitment to quality work, right first time production, output and attention to detail are important pre-requisites. 

Ideally, you will be familiar with hand tools, jigs, basic technical drawings and other manufacturing techniques – although those with an aptitude for learning these skills can access these opportunities.

THE ROLE:

In return, you will have an opportunity to work with two of the UK`s leading manufacturing businesses – one in automotive, the other in modular construction and engineering.

Rates of pay, working conditions and benefits are excellent and these opportunities are highly sought after.

A training/development rate is payable before moving onto enhanced pay and enhanced leave entitlement.

We are offering excellent vocational training – with validation and an opportunity to access accredited training in due course for qualifying workers.

You will actively participate in improvements through the application of continuous improvement techniques and identify, highlight and record any problems that arise during manufacture. 

Each assignment offers different shift patterns and hours. Overtime is available to those who would wish to work it – paid at an attractive premium.
