Accommodation Manager – Crown Place

Salary: £43,200 per year

Accommodation Manager – Swansea
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accommodation Manager to help manage a brand new, state of the art, luxury student accommodation property in Swansea, overlooking the marina.

Duties will include the following:
* Ensure that all visitors and residents receive a warm, friendly and informative welcome
* Show new potential tenants around rooms with the aim of converting viewings into room bookings
* Manage facilities tasks and escalate any maintenance issues to the maintenance operative when necessary
* Ensure that any maintenance issues are addressed and rectified in a timely manner
* Build strong working relationships and provide an excellent service to all tenants, so they feel like it’s a home from home
* Work with the team to coordinate events and provide an excellent environment for the students to live in
* Ensure that health and safety and fire regulations are met
* Undertake room inspections and report any issues
* Use local knowledge to ensure that visitors and residents are aware of local amenities and attractions to maximise their stay
* Ensure that budgets are met
* Management of a small team, providing mentoring, training and guidance
* Participate in client meetings and conference calls at scheduled times throughout the month
