Bid / Proposals Manager

Bid/Proposals Coordinator with a keen eye for design is required to join a highly regarded and very well established FM Contractor based in central London

You will report to the head of bids/proposals and be an integral part of this team and assist in the creation of some outstanding and innovative bid and PQQ documentation.

A well rounded background will be required both in organisation, design and writing and simply the ability to liaise well at all levels of seniority to gather the relevant information will also be required.

You will translate bid content into a more comprehensive client friendly prose and do this in an innovative and creative manner, as well as filling out PQQ’s from time to time.

Experience working with tenders is essential as is a good flair for Design and creativity. Indesign experience is preferred as is a working knowledge of PowerPoint, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Experience of working in an FM Maintenance business is ideally what the client is looking for as you will be required to have some knowledge of technical language for engineering FM tenders.
