EUROPEAN SALES TRAINER
Our client is a market leader in the design and manufacture of materials handling equipment who, due to business growth, is looking to recruit a Sales Trainer for their Training & Development Team
The ideal candidate will lead the development of Sales professionals within the Dealer network to ensure they are selling all existing and new products effectively for each Dealer to achieve the expertise required.
Our client is looking for inspiration and creativity with focus on developing and growing the Dealer training programme.
Someone who is innovative and outgoing, and wants to make their mark by recognising opportunities within this market.
Up to 70% of this role will require European travel (i.e. Italy, Holland and Germany) The remaining time will be based at their headquarters in South West London
Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to sell further sales training to Dealers.
Drive market share by enhancing skill capabilities internally and externally
Lead and implement training plans.
Deliver Sales Training throughout European dealerships.
Requirements
Warehouse and Logistics process experience
Training and delivery skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Liase between Manufacturing and dealer network.
Excellent English language skills and ideally knowledge of an additional European language.
The ideal candidate will be located in either of the following areas; Southampton, Winchester, Eastleigh, Godalming, Aldershot, Guildford, Reading, Bracknell, Slough, Newbury, Basingstoke, High Wycombe and surrounding area
