Salary: £26,000 per year
Francesca’s Recruitment is working with a Key Working Company and fast-growing e-commerce business who are looking for energetic and proactive Ecommerce Sales Agents to join their team for these newly created roles.
This role will see you manage and process customer online orders and provide excellent customer service and support to them.
Ecommerce Sales Agent Responsibilities:
* Emailing clients
* Preparing quotes
* Calling clients to discuss orders/quotes
* Processing inbound orders
* Processing payments and raising invoices
* Liaising with Customer Services
* Providing support when required
Ecommerce Sales Agent Required Skills & Experience:
* Customer focused
* Well organised & computer literate
* Great communication skills and confident telephone manner
* Have a positive can do attitude
* Willing to learn as full training will be given on both products and systems
* Able to use own initiative as well as working well within a team
Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, Alternating shifts (8am – 4:30pm and 9:30am – 6pm)
Location – S26 – Sheffield – Wales / Swallownest
