Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
We have an opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to work for a house builder in Peterborough.
This will be working across a number of developments to focus on the engineering aspects including section agreements and dealing with external engineering consultancies.
As part of this role you will work as part of the Technical team and report to the Technical Director to manage all aspects of engineering to suit the development programnme.
For this role we are looking for someone who has extensive experience either working for another residential developer, engineering consultancy or local authority and have in depth expert knowledge of the challenges and intricacies of new build housing developments.
An educational background in civil engineering is vital as is experience with section agreements.
