Support workers with experience working in settings with adults who have autism, aspegers and other learning disabilities.
You must be an accomplished communicator and have the ability to work well as part of a team in a sometimes pressurised environment.
The job role involves working in a service for adults with learning disabilities set in a beautiful rural location in Horsham. You must be a car owner/driver as the service is only accessible by car.
The service is for 6 young adults with autism and aspergers syndrome and involves building long lasting effective working relationships with service users with an outlook of improving their lives in a long term goal setting.
