Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £27,600 – £33,600 per year

Independent Housebuilder based in Shropshire looking to add to their Technical Team with the addition of a Senior Architectural Technician. At the early stages of a long-term growth plan, and a commitment to producing high-quality homes across Shropshire; joining the business now will offer excellent long-term career progression and promotion opportunities. The day-to-day role of Architectural Technician will be diverse, interesting and challenging, working within a tight-knit team to produce quality developments. You will be involved with multiple developments from land acquisition & feasibility studies, through planning and build to handover.

You will have a flair for design within the construction industry, ideally with experience of residential projects. You will be at ease working unaided with AutoCAD and have a thorough understanding of building regulations. The ideal candidate will likely be occupying an Architectural Design, Design Manager, Architectural Technician or Technologist role (or similar).
