Salary: £54,000 per year
Would you like to join a highly successful and well renowned building services design consultancy as Senior Revit Technician / Coordinator to support with the delivery of major multi-million-pound projects across the Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use, Healthcare, Education and Heritage sectors?
As an integral member of the multi-disciplinary design team you will work alongside Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineers to drive high standards of quality, innovation, and excellence in service delivery, contributing to the success projects, the team, and the business as a whole.
Responsibilities
* As Senior Revit Technician / Coordinator you will work closely with other team members in a multi-disciplinary environment to achieve holistic building solutions to the customer brief
* Ensure a safe working environment and that all equipment is fit for purpose reporting any failures to operational management team
* Update Revit drawings to the highest standards, ensuring quality and checking the accuracy of deliverables and record documentation.
* Maintain drawing records and ensuring accurate document control
* Production of 2D drawings taken from a 3D Revit models
* Assisting the BIM Manager in the quality assurance (QA) of drawings being produced.
* Provide support to graduates in their professional development
Requirements
* Experience as Revit Technician or Revit Coordinator within a Consultancy or Contractor environment
* Extensive knowledge in building services (MEP) design and projects
* A team player with experience and proficiency in Revit MEP
* Ideally qualified to HNC, HND or Degree level
* Ability to make timely, informed decisions
