Administrator / Data Entry Clerk

You will be working in a vibrant team reporting into an Account Director entering information on the companies system in a timely manner in order for prompt payment to be applied for. This will involve liaising with site operatives and sub-contractors via telephone ensuring information and pictures of completed works are received, analysed and logged as needed. There will also be some additional administration duties required and full training will be provided.

You will:

• Have minimum of 6 months plus administration experience in a similar role working within a fast paced environment
• Construction or logistics administration experience highly advantageous but not essential
• Able to work independently and be well organised
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good IT skills – full training provided
• Be enthusiastic and keen to learn and progress
• Fun lively personality to fit in with existing team
• Full UK Drivers Licence and car/bike
• Flexible to complete one additional day every seven weeks (Sat or Sun) as overtime, 0630hrs – 1400hrs paid overtime at x1.5. 

This role is working on a split shift system:

Week 1 0700hrs – 1600hrs

Week 2 0830hrs – 1730hrs
