Customer Support (Spanish)

Working in a busy customer service department dealing with inbound customer enquiries these are excellent opportunities for those with strong customer service skills, a good telephone manner and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

Dealing with inbound customer calls and enquiries
Managing incoming email enquiries and responding accordingly
Updating customer information accurately on the database
Accepting payments from customers
Updating the stock system accurately
Processing orders, managing queries and resolving any issues satisfactorily
Liaising with the field sales team and other employees in the group

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer serviced, be team focused and willing to help and support others at all times.
