Content Producer

An award winning AAA Games Studio who develop one of the most successful game franchises of all time urgently seeks a passionate Video Content Producer with a diligent and conscientious approach, to join their award winning team for an initial 12 month long contract.

Role: Content Producer, Video Content Production, Film Editing, Digital Media

Experience: Education in Film, Non-Linear Editing (Premiere), Video Formatting, Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite of Products

Salary: £26,000 – £66,000per year (Initial 12 Month Contract)

Location: Leicester, Warwickshire, Tamworth, Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry

A large AAA developer based in Guildford with a long, rich history of developing high profile games for consoles. We continually strive to create landmark games and to maintain their position as one of the world’s most respected developers. We are seeking a Video Content Producer to join our award winning Online Services team.

Responsibilities

• To work alongside developers, creating compelling stories that document the game development cycle in a fun and entertaining way
• Working in a team you will spot opportunities to turn all aspects of the game development process into stories
• Create and develop longer term story arcs that can be edited for both internal and consumer facing videos
• Film and document studio and executive meetings, both at in the establishment and offsite when required

Skills and Qualifications

• Preference to candidates with a film school background and qualification
• Portfolio that demonstrates examples of a strong storytelling ability through the medium of video shorts or film
• Experienced in non-linear editing (Premiere) is vital and delivering final assets to high quality
• Requires diligent attitude to footage logging from a variety of sources
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to work alongside the team and make them feel comfortable being filmed.
• Understanding of video formats
• Knowledge of the adobe creative suite of products
• Some knowledge of videogames and capturing footage from digital sources would be advantageous though not essential
