Field Sales Engineer

Travel across the UK to train sales staff at each distribution outlet. Each outlet will need updated or new point of sale material left on display.

Ensure stock levels are maintained at all outlets.

Meet with head office personnel, catalogue managers & marketing managers to gain best catalogue coverage and promotional opportunities.

Research, contact, demonstrate and visit architects, air conditioning install companies and building specifiers throughout the UK to educate them about the products, aiming to ensure the company are included in the building tenders they specify.

Organise and conduct trade counter days at distribution outlets, the branch will invite customers to the outlet for you to exhibit the products too.

Assist with trade shows in the UK and possibly overseas.

Report on all visits and follow up sales calls with the required information

Person:

The role would suit an ambitious, highly motivated and confident individual looking to forge a career with a market-leading global organisation.

You must live in the South East region and have proven track record in sales/ account management. A customer focused attitude and affable personality is essential, along with a willingness to travel.

You will be reporting to the Product Manager, providing regular intelligence reports, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

You should be able to demonstrate longevity with past employers and have the drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
