A leading organisation involved with the provision of bespoke high end lighting solutions for an array of industry sectors has a fantastic opening for a talented technical support engineer to strengthen their existing team.
It will be the role of this individual to provide advice to both internal commercial and marketing teams along with providing external customer support.
Essential Skills
Background in electro-mechanical design / support / servicing / Installation / product manufacturing
Able to understand and maintain technical reference documents
Previous customer service / support experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDesirable Experience
Knowledge of LED Lighting / Lighting Control SystemsSuitable candidates for this role will ideally come from a back in electrical or mechanical engineering and have had subsequent professional experience to a similar technical support engineer’s position
