Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year
A new opportunity for an experienced Support Engineer has arisen within a rapidly growing organisation in the music industry in Central London.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in desktop support along with Mac OSX. Previous experience providing supporti a the media sector is preferential.
Ideal Experience
* Experience supporting applications such as SAP B1 and Salesforce
* Previous experience supporting Windows server operating systems, preferably alongside Apple Mac experience
* Microsoft Office support (2010 and 2013, ideally MS Access).
* Network support knowledge (Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, wired & wireless technology)
* Experience with backup technologies
* Cloud technologies, ideally Amazon Web Services platforms
* Basic SQL server knowledge
Salary
£30,000 – £33,600 + Excellent benefit package
