Trainee Childcare Assessor

One of the UK’s largest Training Providers are expanding their team of Child Care Trainer Assessors covering Wiltshire.

Do you have management experience in the Child Care Sector?

Are you looking to work or train an NVQ Assessor?

This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Child Care industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential. This is a year fixed term contract.

QUALIFIED CHILDCARE ASSESSORS ARE ALSO WELCOME TO APPLY.

Responsibilities include:
*Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing / tutoring them in their QCF, Key Skills and Technical Certificate qualifications
*Maintaining documentation on learners and preparing portfolios
*Planning and implementing initial assessments and course reviews with learners
*Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards
*Working closely with Verifiers and Management

Essential Experience:

* 3+ Years experience within the Child Care sector
* Minimum of a L3 qualification within Child Care
* Experience working in either a Management or Supervising role
* A passion for training and supporting others

It is also essential that you are able to work independently, managing your own time
