Operations Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager to manage several contracts based in our Doncaster office covering the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have significant experience delivering Oil or Gas installations within the ECO or similarly funded sectors.

The duties (in brief) are to:

 Manage and continuously develop a team of dedicated installers and sub contractors
 Ensure compliance, as a minimum, with company Health & Safety requirements and quality standards
 Manage and drive productivity, quality and margin contributions.
 Take responsibility for achieving and driving high customer satisfaction
 Manage programmes to budget and contractual programmes
 Carry out pre-installation surveys and pre-start commercial viability reviews on both Oil and Gas installations
 Carry out on-site SHEQ inspections and provide activity reports
 Plan / order materials and maintain stock control
 Manage and mentor the business support administration to ensure contractual compliance and submission of correct completion paperwork
 Recruit additional installers
 Conduct inductions and ongoing training

This position would ideally suit an experienced oil / gas engineer with managerial experience.
