An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mental Health Nurse Clinical Team Leader to join our expanding inpatient services.
We are seeking Nurse qualified Team Leaders to manage the activities of the nursing team, with close involvement in efficient and effective management of the ward and nursing practice.
The successful candidates will teach and demonstrate procedures to and supervise registered and unregistered nursing staff, using available evidence to inform and develop practice.
The role promotes training initiatives at ward level; taking a key role in the induction of all new staff, and acting as a role model to team members.
In addition you will co-ordinate the process of each patient’s individual care pathway through effective use of all assessment tools and delivery of the Care Programme Approach within the MDT process.
We have a number of positions throughout our services – these posts provide a great opportunity to develop your Clinical and Management skills and experience further
Hours of work: This role will require you to work 43 hours per week across a shift pattern, with one weekend on and one weekend off over a 2 week period
