My client specializes in design, manufacture and validation of ultra-precision multi-cavity injection moulds and micro moulds for the medical, pharmaceutical and optical markets. We are a looking for an energetic, self-motivating salesperson to join our sales team.

Scope:

To manage and develop new key customer accounts, relations and providing quotations and technical support and to liaise effectively with co-workers and customers to ensure projects are properly managed and achieved efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Continually grow customer base and sales opportunities through the development of strong working relationships with current and prospective clients, the delivery of excellent customer service and exceptional product and application knowledge.

Identifying and establishing new business opportunities
*

Organising sales visits
*

Liaising with existing clients
*

Calculate and present sales proposals, quotations and project plans
*

Providing pre-sales and after-sales support
*

Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
*

Reviewing cost and sales performance
*

Writing reports and sales literature
*

Providing product education and advice
*

Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
*

Ensure that sales targets are met
*

Sales and customer site visits

Job requirements:

*

Technical experience in the field of injection moulding and tool making would be a plus for this position
*

Excellent communication, commercial negotiation and awareness skills
*

Significant experience in sales & marketing with strong prospecting skills.
*

Highly motivated, professional, enthusiastic and autonomous with strong written, verbal, presentational and interpersonal communication skills.
*

Work well with others in a team
*

Dynamic honest and dedicated, with a character that is aligned with the client’s vision and values
*

Decision maker, the ability to self manage in a proactive manner
*

Travel to customer locations worldwide
