Due to continued growth, we are looking for a professional internal sales or telesales person to join a busy growing team based in Pershore. The purpose of this role is to take the sales department forward and help to grow the internal sales.

Internal Sales Job role:

* Answering the telephone

* Email and website enquiries

* Producing quotations

* Transferring note to the computer system

* Converting enquiries and quotes into sales

* Inputting orders online

* General other internal sales jobs

* Telesales

What you will need for the Internal Sales Role:

* You will need an excellent eye for detail

* An excellent telephone manner

* Good ICT skills and confidence with the Microsoft and CRM systems

* Customer service skills

* Previous experience in a sales or telesales role.

* Be confident with quotations and other internal sales duties.

Important Information – Internal Sales:

* Working Monday to Friday Full-time days

* This is an office-based role so you must be able to work 5 days a week from the office

* To be part of a growing professional team

* A Generous salary of between £26,000 – £30,000
