Lettings Negotiator

Skills and Experience required:
•Motivation to meet targets.
•Experience canvassing for new business.
•Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
•Ability to evaluate business at every opportunity.
•Excellent telephone manner.
•Putting the customer first at all times.
•Previous Lettings Negotiator experience not essential, but at least one year’s experience of working within a Letting Agency/Estate Agency is desirable.
