Part-Time Lettings Negotiator

Salary: £27,600 per year

PART-TIME LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

To join established professional Letting Agency Team

 A good team player, able to multi – task at all levels and keep accurate detailed records, good customer care techniques, good at being able to communicate with a wide variety of people both face to face and over the phone and be able to deal with complicated situations. Industry experience helpful NOT essential

 £27,600 per annum pro rata (depending on experience)

Use of a fleet vehicle during working hours – full clean driving licence essential

Hours and days required

Monday & Tuesday 9:00am – 5:30pm (with an hours paid lunch)

3 Saturday mornings per month – 9:00am – 1:00pm

Some additional hours may be available over busy periods of the year i.e. holiday time

25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata)

Main job tasks

Carry out property viewings with potential Tenants

* Negotiate the property to be let to the right tenant for the best market value

 *Confident with the use of Outlook, Word, training will be offered for our internal database

* Administrative tasks, such as letter writing, sending application forms to tenants, sending emails and filing

*Assisting with updating the website advert

*Assisting with end of tenancy check out procedure

 *Following up leads

* Advising tenants and landlords of changes in the letting law (training will be given)

 *Assisting with some basic maintenance issues
