The Company:
Our client is a well-established tour operator company with international operations.
Main Duties:
To establish and maintain strong relationships with resorts in Austria, France and Andorra
The Role:
– Develop and Maintain portfolios / contracts with hotels in designated areas
– Negotiate and monitor suppliers to ensure best rates and resolve any issues as needed
– assist with enquiries on offered tours and trips
– Liaise with internal departments
– Understand the internal system and processes
– To visit and audit properties abroad as and when required
The Candidate:
– Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
– Fluent in French desirable but not a necessity
– Degree in Tourism / Public relations beneficial
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines
– Ability to develop working relationships with suppliers
– Ambitious, enthusiastic and adaptable
