Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Bromley
Salary: £26,000per year

Swanstaff Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency. We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy agency serving clients in Kent. Candidates must have experience of Nursing homes or Domiciliary care, preferably with care of the Elderly or Learning Disability Clients.

The Role:
As a Support Worker you will be required to:

– Assist with personal care/toileting
– Assist with feeding
– Accompany on days out – Swimming, Cinema trips etc.
– Completing daily entries in care plans
– Helping people live independently

Requirements:

– At least 6 months experience in providing person care
– Willing to help people and make a difference
– Passionate
– Good listener
– Willing team member
– Flexibility at the weekends
