Salary: £14.4 – £15.6 per hour
CNC Miller – Heidenhain Controls
Contek Recruitment are working with a well-established Precision Engineering company near Halesowen who are seeking a CNC Miller to join their team. My client manufacture tooling for a variety of Industries.
This position is a day shift
Mon – Thurs 7:30am – 4:30pm
Fri 7:30am -12:00pm
Overtime Available
The Role:
As a CNC Programmer, your duties will include;
* Programming, setting and Operating CNC Milling machines using HEIDENHAIN Controls
* Working to tight tolerances
* Using 3,4-axis machines and 3+2 axis machines
* Delcam Powermill / Powershape would be massively advantageous
The Candidate:
To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess the following;
* Strong experience Programming,setting and operating – HEIDENHAIN
* Confidently able to write own programmes from scratch
* Able to read and work to technical drawings
* Able to work unsupervised
