Salary: £26,000per year(Pro-Rata) dependent upon experience
Hours: 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

The role:
We have an amazing opportunity for a Site Surveyor (Grounds Maintenance) to join us at this exciting time. We operate soft landscaping services for more than 300 sites in Derbyshire. The Site Surveyor will be responsible for assessing requirements of contracts and producing schedules of works.
As a surveyor in our grounds maintenance division, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar position. A strong communicator with excellent organisation skills would be suited to this position as would the ability to think outside the box and deliver against set targets.
Responsibilities and person criteria:
* Site visits and Client liaison
* Reviewing existing specifications
* Revising existing contracts
The Grounds Surveyor will have:
* Soft landscaping experience
* Previous experience in a similar role – multi site
* Excellent client communications skills with the ability to present information clearly
* Strong organisational skills
* Great time management
