Role Summary

Responsible for developing and implementing Supplier Management discipline within Europe Sourcing, contributing to the evolution and overall success of Visa Europe whilst engaging with Global functions to ensure alignment, standardisation & consistency in managing our supplier base across all functions, businesses and geographies.

The role included deployment of leading practice Supplier Management framework, aligned with the global team standard operation procedures, playbooks and templates, and training colleagues in the business. Rollout of Supplier Sustainability and Diversity program for Visa Europe is part of the role.

The role necessitates cross-functional communication and requires working closely with the business, risk teams and colleagues in the Global teams.

In scope of the role

* Design, align and deliver the supplier management regional operating model, including methodology, governance, cross-functional roles & responsibilities, processes and technology.

* Align methodology for and deliver Supplier Segmentation across ALL categories of spend, for all European clusters.

* Manage agreed critical suppliers, conduct Supplier Relationship & Performance Management including regular QBRs

* Lead on Sustainability & Diversity in Supply Chain program implementation, to embed it in the day-to-day sourcing operations and contract life cycle management.

* Develop an approach and KPIs, measuring the success of the Supplier Management function and any specific programs.

* Develop and provide training to the business.
