Salary: £26,000 per year
Customer Service Advisor – Full time – Permanent positions – Halifax Area
40 hours a week – Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
weekend coverage on a rota basis either Saturday or Sunday (1 in every 4)
starting salary of £26,000- rising to £21,800 after 6-12 months training & probation
Role will involve handling incoming calls from businesses, that have maintenance and facility issues, and then arranging for the correct maintenance workers/engineers to attend, or trying to talk through a problem solving exercise with the customer depending upon the issues. (Full training on products, and fault manuals provided)
Company is based on the outskirts of Halifax city centre, free onsite parking, all local amenities within walking distance and public transport routes.
Lots of paid overtime too if interested during peak times.
