We are working with a Regional Facilities Service Provider to find an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to looking after multiple clients in the East Midlands area.

You will have previous managerial experience in cleaning contract management, having worked for a cleaning contractor or facilities service provider before. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with the client across a multi-client portfolio of contracts ranging in value from £6k to £750,000.

You will have previous experience of the following:
• Managing budgets for consumables and wages
• Managing stock levels to ensure that your sites are adequately stocked to carry out the role
• Cleaning audits – to ensure the contracts are being delivered to specification
• Client meetings to discuss service levels and further opportunities
• Quoted works
• Client reports
• Labour and holiday planning
• Training staff
• Recruiting cleaners
