Home based £44,400 + Package

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Regional Managers across the UK. You will be home based and managing various Accounts assigned to you in your region, ideal locations for the business would be North East & East Anglia. However they can be flexible for the right person.

Company Information:
The role is focused on managing Agents and Supervisors in a customer facing environment. The role will be required to generate leads and revenue from a variety of sources as well as managing a portfolio of accounts assigned.

About the Role:
Work with the Supervisors, in conjunction with other areas of the business to maximise coverage and work load
Improve the company position with external stakeholders including customers (and potential customers),
Take responsibility for geographic campaigns ‘on the ground’ to ensure multi channel prospect generation.
Attend, generate leads and make presentations at events set up for lead generation as required.
manage the agent budget maximising head count to spend
Ensure that accurate, timely, professional and informative lead information is produced in order to optimize the generation of leads for both new and existing customers.

Required Skills and Experience:
Remote management ability – business skills in particular people management, sales, project management, problem solving and analysis.
Previous field experience of sales/ service is required and experience of developing and maintaining external relationships, public speaking and presenting to senior executives and ability to develop dynamic ways to introduce new sales streams to improve revenue generation and productivity.
Some one who can see the big picture and be a real problem solver
Experience of prospect, trend and ROI analysis would be beneficial.
