Main Duties:
To be responsible for providing World Class Customer Service and delivering customer focused tailor made solutions
The Role:
Daily contacts with new and existing Customers over the phone and emails
Report to the Customer Service Manager
To provide reports and maintain statistics
To maintain the customer database
Translation & general administration duties
The Candidate:
Fluent in English + French (Written & spoken)
Other European languages will be an asset
Strong previous Customer Service Experience is an advantage
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong interest in travels
Team player, excel in building cooperation
Confident, proactive & dynamic
Computer literate
Salary: £26,000per year
