At EduStaff we are always looking out for enthusiastic graduates to take on in Learning Support and Teaching Assistant positions. The ideal Teaching Assistant would hold a 2:1 or better in English, Maths or Science and have previous experience teaching or volunteering in a related role. However this is not essential, far more important is that you are serious at beginning a career in teaching and have the drive and passion to one day become and ‘Outstanding’ teacher.
